Technical Assistant (ME – Construction Management)

About the Role:

We are looking for a technically strong and organized ME (Construction Management / Civil Engineering) professional to assist the Managing Director in monitoring, planning, and controlling all ongoing construction and infrastructure projects. This role provides direct exposure to senior management and involves coordination with project sites, technical teams, and head office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the MD in planning, monitoring, and execution of all construction and infrastructure projects.

• Track project progress, site activities, and timelines as per MD’s directives.

• Prepare project schedules, status reports, and technical summaries for management review.

• Coordinate with project engineers, site in-charges, and plant & machinery teams.

• Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Review technical documents, BOQs, and project drawings as required.

• Identify delays or bottlenecks and report corrective actions to the MD.

• Support the MD in decision-making with accurate project data and insights.

• Maintain communication between MD’s office and site teams for daily/weekly updates.

• Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, and planning documents for management meetings.

Requirements / Skills:

• Qualification: M.E. in Construction Management / Civil Engineering

• Experience: 1–4 years (Freshers with strong technical and coordination skills may apply)

• Sound knowledge of civil construction, infrastructure, and heavy project operations

• Strong analytical, planning, and technical coordination skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project monitoring tools

• Ability to handle multiple projects and follow MD’s instructions efficiently
