Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Evaluate requirements and determine their feasibility for development using

  Mendix

• Recommend Mendix-based solutions and provide clarity to stakeholders on platform capabilities and constraints.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into clear technical tasks and user stories.
• Conduct fit–gap analyses and identify potential risks or challenges in delivering solutions via Mendix.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as process flows, solution outlines, and functional specifications.
• Support development and testing teams by providing requirement clarifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure final solutions meet quality, performance, and scalability expectations.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of total IT experience

  , including

  2–3 years of hands-on Mendix experience

• Strong understanding of

  Mendix platform capabilities

• Proven experience in

• Ability to evaluate whether a requirement is suitable for Mendix implementation.

• Mendix Advanced Certification (mandatory preference)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience in client-facing or cross-functional coordination roles.
