Essential Functions: Experience with architecture development methodologies, creating solution architecture deliverables. Experience in Java development, Springboot, Microservices and Hibernate is required. Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure preferably in AWS. We are currently looking for a Test Architect to join our Quality Engineering team in Pune. This position will be a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in our office located in Amar Tech Park. Essential Functions: Participate in spring and project planning and execute on project committments Develop test strategies and test suites using various testing methodologies and tools available Utilize understanding of application technical architecture, personas, configuration in order to draft test plan and test schedule. Suggest test automation tools with justification to management, carry out POCs as needed and coordinate with technical stakeholders. Identify impacted areas for testing and design impact driven test plan Develop CICD to schedule and report functional and performance test results Enhance automation framework, create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts Responsible for Automation coverage Regression and In-sprint for the product supported and integrating it with CI/CD pipeline enabling Continuous Testing Work closely with other QA analysts, developers, vendors and integration partners to ensure that all aspects of the system have proper testing coverage and overall system reliability, performance and quality Monitor, manage, and report bugs using customized bug tracking tools industry standard tools such as JIRA Participates in design and implementation of QA test strategies and protocol for testing software releases Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree required 12+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance covering the aspects of Test Automation, performance testing and security testing Must have hands-on experience with the following technologies - Java, Selenium, Appium, SQL, JSON, MYSQL, JavaScript, CSS and HTML. This role will be a hybrid position that requires in office work 3 days per week from our office located in Amar Tech Park. Essential Functions: Provide timely , helpful responses and basic troubleshooting assistance to clients by phone and e-mail; assist non-technically oriented clients with the use of our Web-based software Take clear ownership of designated issues submitted by customers; manage difficult customers and customer expectations effectively and professionally seeking help from team members as necessary Act as a liaison between the client and the technical team , provide Engineering and other team members with clear and complete information, carry out recommended diagnostic steps and gathering information as necessary Escalate issues to management when needed Communicate clearly and precisely with customers regarding technical issues, setting expectations for callbacks and follow-up regarding their issues; maintain complete and accurate log of customer interactions and technical details Provide on-call support to address urgent issues when they arise Develop, implement, and manage operational policies and procedures for day-to-day efforts to drive a sense of urgency and empathy for clients throughout the organization Act as a liaison between the client and the technical team Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field or additional work experience in lieu of degree is required . 5+ years of work experience in software consulting, software testing, configuration required .
