Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a Technical Writer at Siemens, collaborating with subject matter experts to create, edit, and maintain content for the product team. Your role will involve producing user documentation, working with various formats including graphics and videos, and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with subject matter experts to gain a deep understanding of the product - Create user-friendly documentation for guides, tutorials, and FAQs - Work with content in different formats such as graphics and videos - Update and maintain existing content with input from experts - Identify and implement improvements in processes and tools Qualifications Required: - A bachelor's degree in English literature, Mass communication, or Journalism is highly preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe FrameMaker, Illustrator, InDesign, Web Works, SnagIt, and SharePoint.
