Technical Advisor - Maritime Cranes

Role Overview: As a Service Engineer at Liebherr India Private Limited, your primary responsibilities will include handling enquiries, providing technical support to customers, engineers, service stations, and the sales department, forwarding service information, ensuring safety-relevant service information compliance, quoting upgrades and services, proactive customer support, arranging service attendances, project controlling, planning resources, preparing documentation, journal duties, checking and follow-up of work reports, filing project-specific correspondence, supporting commissioning jobs, executing special projects, ensuring corrective and preventive actions, achieving customer satisfaction, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Handle enquiries and provide technical support - Forward service information and ensure safety compliance - Quote upgrades, services, and non-standard solutions - Proactively support customers and offer crane upgrades - Arrange service attendances and control projects - Check and follow up on work reports and invoices - Prepare project-specific documentation - Support commissioning jobs and ensure software compliance - Execute special projects and monitor actions for failed parts - Achieve customer satisfaction through prompt service Qualifications Required: - Full-time Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Automobile Engineering - Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance/service engineer, preferably on Hydraulic Mobile Cranes or Material Handling equipment - At least 5 years of experience as a Service Engineer on Liebherr products - Experience with part lists, quotes preparation, and order administration - Fluent in spoken and written English - Ability to coordinate service attendances and work proactively - Demonstrated initiative, ability to handle confidential information, and work precisely If you are looking for a challenging role with a dynamic and safety-focused team, Liebherr India Private Limited offers compensation at par with industry standards, corporate health and term life insurance, financial stability, annual reviews, service awards, career progression, and more.
