Technical Advisor - Maritime Cranes

Role Overview: As a Service Engineer at Liebherr India Private Limited, your primary responsibilities will include handling enquiries, providing technical support to customers, engineers, service stations, and the sales department. You will be responsible for forwarding service information, ensuring safety compliance, quoting upgrades and services, offering crane upgrades, supporting warranty and goodwill cases, arranging service attendances, project controlling, invoicing, and documentation preparation. Your role will also involve journal duty, work report follow-ups, filing project correspondence, supporting commissioning jobs, executing special tasks/projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt service. Key Responsibilities: - Handle enquiries and provide technical support - Forward service information and ensure safety compliance - Quote upgrades, services, and non-standard solutions - Offer crane upgrades and support warranty cases - Arrange service attendances and control projects - Check and follow up on work reports and invoices - Prepare project-specific documentation and support commissioning jobs - Execute special tasks/projects and ensure customer satisfaction - Perform journal duty, filing, and sign hour reports Qualifications Required: - Full-time Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Automobile Engineering - Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance/service engineer on Hydraulic Mobile Cranes or Material Handling equipment - At least 5 years of experience as a Service Engineer on a relevant Liebherr product - Ability to handle confidential information and work with a proactive approach - Fluent in English (spoken and written) Our Offer: At Liebherr India Private Limited, we offer compensation at par with industry standards, corporate health insurance, term life insurance, financial stability, annual reviews, service awards, career progression, and the opportunity to join a dynamic and safety-focused team.
