About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager, you'll serve as the trusted advisor to senior executives—founders, CXOs, CISOs—guiding them to effortlessly adopt Sprinto's cutting-edge platform. You’ll strategically shape compliance and security journeys, troubleshoot complex integrations, and drive transformative results for businesses everywhere.

What You'll Do:

• Champion Customer Onboarding: Lead clients smoothly through product adoption, aligning compliance initiatives with their strategic business goals.
• Strategically Engage: Build influential relationships with key executives, simplifying complex security standards into actionable insights.
• Drive Technical Success: Solve integration challenges and customize solutions to ensure each deployment is seamless and impactful.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Act as a pivotal connector between customers and Sprinto's internal teams to continually enhance our offerings.
• Measure and Optimize: Monitor success metrics, capture customer feedback, and actively improve onboarding processes and product experiences.

You're an Ideal Fit if You:

• Have 3-5 years of experience, including 2+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles in SaaS environments.
• Excel in troubleshooting technical integrations and providing tailored solutions.
• Communicate complex security concepts clearly to both technical teams and senior executives.
• Are familiar with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and productivity tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack).
• Hold relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) — highly valued.
