Job Description

Role Overview: You will be accountable for providing customers with guidance and support throughout the full life cycle of implementation to ensure successful and effective use of Oracle's products and related implementation services. Your role will involve maximizing customers" use of Support Services, driving a high degree of satisfaction, referenceability, and protecting/enhancing revenue streams. As a trusted advisor, you will align with stakeholders of assigned customers, build significant long-term relationships, and understand customers" industries and technical environments to translate them into Oracle solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Sales, Customer Service Managers, and customers to determine needs, coordinate delivery of Support Services, and engage in successful customer engagements. You will also be involved in Account Planning, Account Reviews, and executing Project Management principles. Key Responsibilities: - Provide guidance and support throughout the implementation life cycle - Maximize customers" use of Support Services and drive customer satisfaction - Build long-term relationships with key customer contacts - Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service Managers to identify appropriate solutions - Coordinate delivery of Support Services and engage in successful customer engagements - Conduct Account Planning and Account Reviews - Execute Project Management principles and manage contract cost, resources, scheduling, scope, and risk - Identify new opportunities and contract renewals - Demonstrate detailed knowledge and execution of Oracle policies, procedures, and delivery tools - Work on non-routine and complex projects involving advanced technical/business skills - Communicate effectively with senior executives and work on large IT projects globally Qualification Required: - 7-10 years of Enterprise implementation experience, IT Service management, Project management, or Account Management experience - Advanced Educational degree - Project Management or Service Management certification (ITIL, PMP, Prince2, or University equivalent) - Subject Matter expertise in industry or product(s) - Ability to engage with senior executives and work on large IT projects globally About the Company: Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) enables organizations to leverage Oracle investments for cloud extension with value, choice, and confidence.
