Job Description

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Oracle, you will play a crucial role in providing customers with guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure the successful and effective utilization of Oracle's products and related services. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize customer satisfaction, drive referenceability, and enhance revenue streams. You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with key customer contacts and understanding their industry and technical environment to tailor Oracle solutions accordingly. In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service Managers, and customers to identify needs, propose solutions, and coordinate the delivery of support services. Your expertise in project management principles will be key as you manage contract costs, resources, scheduling, scope, and risk to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, you will be involved in account planning, account reviews, and identifying new opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate for this position will have 7-10 years of enterprise implementation experience, coupled with expertise in IT service management, project management, or account management. Possessing advanced educational degrees and relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Prince2 will be advantageous. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, along with your demonstrated experience in managing large IT projects, will be critical for success in this role. As part of Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS), you will be part of a team that enables organizations to leverage their Oracle investments for cloud adoption with confidence. Your technical proficiency in Oracle Database and applications, coupled with knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, will be essential. You will be responsible for managing service delivery activities for Oracle products deployed on Cloud and On-Premises, serving as the primary contact between customers and Oracle. Your responsibilities will include establishing service delivery plans, managing resources, conducting regular business reviews, implementing service improvement processes, and coordinating incident management efforts. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be key in ensuring the successful delivery of services and maintaining high service quality levels.
