Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for CCTV setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or remote assistance
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, network, and software-related issues
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams for complex problem resolution

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in technical support (preferably in CCTV or related systems)
  • Fluency in Hindi

    (mandatory) and good communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of networking and surveillance system components
  • Ability to handle customers professionally and provide effective solutions
