As a Technical Support Executive, you will provide assistance to Educational Sector Clients using the Sweedu ERP system. You will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, guide clients through solutions, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary. Additionally, you'll help on board new clients by entering student data and providing training on the Sweedu system. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network configurations. Provide client support via phone, email, or chat and ensure issues are tracked and resolved. Train clients on the Sweedu ERP system and assist with data entry during on boarding. Guide clients step-by-step through phone, email, or chat until the issue is resolved. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers). Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers. Use internal databases or external resources to provide accurate technical solutions. Ensure that all issues are properly logged and documented. Prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously. Follow up with clients to ensure full functionality of their IT systems after troubleshooting. Prepare and submit accurate, timely reports on issues and resolutions. Document technical knowledge in notes, manuals, and databases. Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients. Maintain positive client relationships and document technical knowledge.
