Tech Support Executive

We are looking for a Tech Support Executive to assist students and the admissions team with technical and administrative processes during registration and counselling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of online systems, and the ability to manage technical tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students during the registration, choice filling, and documentation process.
• Handle all technical operations related to counselling and admission activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues faced by students or staff during online procedures.
• Ensure smooth functioning of online portals and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members to provide timely support.
• Perform other administrative and technical tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in IT, Computer Science, or a related field).
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, online portals, data entry tools, etc.).
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in technical support or educational counselling will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
