Their primary responsibility is troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that customers may face. Skill My SQL Database Core Java Add On: Basic Knowledge About Spring MVC Or Spring Boot. Key responsibilities of a Tech Support Executive include: Providing technical support via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshooting technical issues related to software, and platform.
