Job Details:

Please find attached the JD for Technical Support Executive. Fulltime / Subcontract.

Experience 2 to 5 yrs

Shift Night shift (Rotation shift quarterly)

Should be able to attend F2F interview in Bangalore.

Mandatory Skills: Good Comms Skills, VMware admin/Linux Admin, exp in Troubleshooting, exp in virtualization.

(Please select target proficiency level)

QUALIFICATIONS: Training, licenses, memberships and certifications

BE , Msc, ,MCA

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation of infrastructure processes and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Offer training and guidance to junior team members on infrastructure technologies.
Participate in incident management and problem resolution activities.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including network, server, and storage systems.
Experience with cloud-based infrastructure platforms and containerization technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
