Tech Support – Face-to-Face Hiring Drive | Immediate Joiners Required


📍 Location: Happiest Minds, Electronic City Phase 1

📅 Drive Date: 29th October

🕒 Shift Timings:

  • 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
  • 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM


Job Role: L1 & L2 Tech Support

We are hiring for Tech Support professionals through a face-to-face drive. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are available to join immediately and possess strong technical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Service Desk support with excellent communication skills.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Physical/Virtual Servers including reboot procedures.
  • Perform patching using tools like SCCM, CMS, Kaseya, or similar.
  • Administer systems across Cloud and On-prem Infrastructure.
  • Handle end-user issue resolution effectively.
  • Work with O365 Admin Center, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams Admin Center, and Azure.
  • Respond to security alerts and phishing simulations (SOC knowledge preferred).
  • Monitor systems using tools such as Logic Monitor, SolarWinds, Datadog, Site24x7, etc.
  • Manage On-Prem environments including Active Directory and Domain Controllers.
  • Utilize ServiceNow and follow ITIL processes.
  • Communicate professionally with US or international clients, adhering to quality metrics.
