Tech Support Associate

Job Title: Technical Support Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and email support
• Understand customer issues and provide technical solutions
• Perform upselling and cross-selling when applicable
• Meet and maintain CSAT, Sales, Productivity, and Quality targets
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and customer-first approach
• Document interactions and follow standard operating procedures

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Support and Sales (International BPO preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
• Graduation mandatory (Computer Science background preferred)
• Immediate joiners will be preferred

Compensation Details:

• Fresher: ₹28,500 CTC + ₹1,500 PLI
• With minimum 1 year Customer Support / Sales experience: ₹31,500 CTC + ₹1,500 PLI
• With minimum 1 year Technical Support experience: ₹36,000 CTC + ₹1,500 PLI
