Job Description

Job Role: As an experienced candidate at Adeeba e-Services, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from international customers. Your primary task will be to provide technical support by diagnosing issues and recommending annual service plans and software solutions to meet their needs. It will be crucial for you to effectively close sales and achieve the given targets. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in outbound tech processes for a minimum of 1 year and possess the skills required to successfully close calls. In addition to a fixed monthly salary deposited in your account on the 1st of every month, you will have the opportunity to earn significant incentives based on performance. Attendance incentives, a loyalty bonus of Rs. 5000 annually, and other lucrative incentives are also part of the compensation package. You will be entitled to paid leaves each year, including rotational offs, 24 paid leaves, birthday leave, and compensatory offs.
