Tech Support Associate

Job Title: Customer Success Associate (Blended Process – Chat + Voice)
Location: Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana
Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
Experience Required: Min. 6 months (International BPO – Tech Support)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹31,000 CTC per month

Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Success Associates for a blended process (chat + voice) to support a global client in a technical support process. If you have strong English communication skills and at least 6 months of experience in international BPO with tech exposure, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a leading organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via chat and voice support in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns efficiently.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple chats and calls simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Undergraduate (both are eligible to apply).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an international process with tech exposure (BPO/Call Center preferred).
