Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Tech Support Associate with 1+ years of experience in technical support, application troubleshooting, and client interaction. The candidate will play a key role in assisting clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of software products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via calls, emails, chat, or remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and application-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain company software solutions for clients.
• Document support requests, resolutions, and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level teams.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the development team to report recurring technical issues and suggest improvements.
• Train end-users on product functionality and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, Networking basics, SQL, and application support.
• Familiarity with HRMS, Payroll, ERP, or SaaS software will be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge on Software Testing & operation,
• Worked on Hardware Support & Services
• Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Odia) and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
• Strong customer-centric attitude with a passion for technology.
