As a customer service representative at Adeeba BPO, your role will involve handling inbound calls from customers facing computer-related issues such as software errors, pop-up notifications, error code messages, antivirus problems, as well as issues with Mac laptops, iPads, and iPhones including Activation Lock, iPhone disable, iTunes problems, etc. Your responsibility will be to troubleshoot these issues effectively and charge customers accordingly to resolve the issues.
