Job Description

Role Overview: You will be the Tech Sales Specialist at Pansophic Technologies in Mohali, India. Your main responsibilities will include supporting the Sales Director, engaging with local and international clients, conducting product presentations, and collaborating with internal teams for sales success. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Sales Director in end-to-end sales processes, documentation, follow-ups, and meeting coordination. - Engage with local clients in the Mohali/Chandigarh region to understand their needs, deliver presentations, and manage relationships. - Help manage international client accounts, prepare sales collateral, proposals, and demos. - Conduct discovery calls, product walk-throughs, and tailored solution presentations for potential clients. - Maintain a well-organized CRM pipeline and ensure internal teams are informed of client progress and feedback. - Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to support pitch strategy and conversion goals. - Track sales performance, analyze conversion data, and provide suggestions for client engagement improvements. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in tech/software sales, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills with a confident and professional demeanor. - Ability to coordinate high-level sales functions, including deal strategy, lead follow-up, and proposal development. - Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce. - Strong organizational skills to handle multiple accounts or tasks simultaneously. - Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and in-person discussions. Additional Details: Prior experience working closely with sales leadership or in a sales support/account executive role, exposure to AI/ML or enterprise automation platforms, experience with international sales engagement (especially US/EU clients), and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred) are advantageous.,
