Summary:
IFTAS is looking for a visionary Tech Sales Leader. This role demands a strategic thinker and proven Tech sales professional who has expertise in Presales, specialist solution selling and customer success to build trusted client relationships, influence CXO-level stakeholders, and lead transformative cloud adoption journeys. The ideal candidate will bring a strong enterprise architecture mindset, presales rigor, and a passion for innovation to shape large-scale digital transformation initiatives, and architect complex solutions meeting customer / partner business requirements. As a leader you will be required to mentor and enable the teams of presales architects and specialist sellers towards sales excellence with consultative sales approach to achieve organizational goals. The candidate should have a good understanding of landscapes around cloud technologies, Applications, Gen AI & AI-drive platforms and other emerging technologies.
Knowledge:
1. Strong understanding of Banking and Financial Services Domain. Knowledge on Banking Products and services (preferred)
2. Strong understanding of Application & Infrastructure landscape across Banking and Financial Services Domain.
3. Cloud platform proficiency: Expert level understanding of Cloud technologies, including Compute, Storage, Networking, Virtualization, Containers, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Automation, Monitoring and Logging, databases, etc. This role requires an expert level understanding of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS offerings and extensive understanding of cloud architecture.
4. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, etc).
5. Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
6. Knowledge to create robust architecture frameworks that ensure scalable, resilient, and secure cloud infrastructures.
7. Excellent verbal and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience: 12+ Years of experience.
8+ years of relevant experience in Cloud Solutions in BFS segment, with leadership experience of at least 3 Years
Education: Engineering Graduate or Graduate with Computer / IT as major subject Master’s degree in management or computers will be preferred.
Certification: Tech Cloud certifications like TOGAF, AI, AWS, GCP or Microsoft Azure Architect will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities1. Lead enterprise-level presales engagements for IFTAS, including executive briefings, architecture workshops, and solution envisioning sessions.
2. Drive the creation and maintenance of reusable solution assets, solution documents, accelerators, technical proposal templates and frameworks to support repeatable customer / partner engagements.
3. Lead discovery workshops with strategic customers to uncover business goals, transformation priorities, and AI-driven opportunities.
4. Present proposals and delivery strategies to executives, articulating both the technical solution and the business value case.
5. Drive and govern solution design, estimation models, and technical proposal responses for customer / partner engagements.
6. Collaborate with product, delivery, engineering teams, and partner ecosystem teams to ensure solution fulfilment for customer business and technology requirements.
7. Defining the Tech sales engagement model, viz, opportunity qualification, opportunity progression, PoC criteria and success measurement.
8. Co-own deal progression and closure with the sales leaders.
