We are a fast-growing EdTech company offering innovative digital learning solutions – LearnByChapter (student & teacher support), DiagnosticAssessment.in (competency-based testing & recruitment tools), and EducatorsResource.in (resource hub for schools). Our platforms are fully aligned with CBSE/NEP 2020 and serve students, teachers, and schools across India and abroad.

We are now looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to expand our reach in India, build relationships with schools, and drive adoption of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, connect, and pitch to potential clients (schools, principals, coaching institutes, and educators).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into long-term clients.
• Conduct product demos (online/offline) for decision-makers and explain platform benefits.
• Maintain strong follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Participate in education fairs, Sahodaya meetings, and school events to generate leads.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Gather market insights, competitor intelligence, and report to management.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute outreach campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Education).
• 1–3 years of sales experience (EdTech / education / B2B sales preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus).
• Confidence to pitch to school principals, administrators, and educators.
• Ability to travel for client meetings, events, and conferences.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
