Responsibilities

• Drive end to end recruitment process for tech and IT positions in the organization
• .Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes with a focus on technical skill alignment and cultural fit
• .Partner closely with Hiring Managers and the HR team to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, and deliver effective talent solutions
• .Maintain strong stakeholder communication through proactive follow-ups and regular status updates
• .Exhibit a strong bias for taking things to closur
