Tech Recruiter- Contract

Role Overview: As a Recruiter at Booking Holdings India Center of Excellence (BHI India COE), you will be responsible for owning and executing searches across all Booking.coms business units up to Director level. Your role will involve managing full cycle recruiting efforts for critical senior hiring, developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing strategic guidance to the Executive Leadership team, and contributing to the knowledge base of Talent Acquisition team. Additionally, you will be responsible for building talent pools, supporting hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria, conducting on-site interviews, and facilitating a flawless new hire process. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full cycle recruiting efforts for critical senior hiring - Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders - Provide strategic guidance to the Executive Leadership team - Conduct research to map markets, generate candidate profiles, and develop sourcing strategies - Contribute to the knowledge base of the Talent Acquisition team - Build talent pools for potential senior positions - Support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria - Conduct on-site interviews and lead calibration meetings - Facilitate a flawless new hire process in collaboration with Global Mobility - Prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently Qualifications Required: - BA/BS degree, Masters or MBA preferred - 3-6+ years of progressive Corporate recruiting experience - Ability to work effectively in a team-based organization - Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Strong understanding of senior level compensation vehicles - Well networked within the tech/VC community and/or top companies - Familiar with internet-based tools for sourcing and maintaining candidates Additional Details of the Company: Booking Holdings India Center of Excellence (BHI India COE) is the engine room behind global brands like Booking.com, Priceline, Agoda, KAYAK, OpenTable, and Rentalcars.com.
