Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead / Project Manager (AI) to spearhead our AI-driven projects, oversee technical teams, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, project management, and artificial intelligence, with excellent leadership skills to guide both technical and client-facing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-based projects from inception to completion.
• Manage cross-functional development teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Design and review AI architectures, workflows, and solution blueprints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients, business teams, and technical teams.
• Stay updated with AI trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and AI engineers in coding standards, architecture, and problem-solving.
• Conduct regular project status reviews, risk assessments, and quality checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in software development, with at least 2+ years in AI/ML projects.
• Strong proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.) and modern tech stacks.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployment.
• Solid experience in project budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI and LLM integrations.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data engineering and big data tools.
• Exposure to multiple domains such as e-commerce, fintech, or enterprise solutions.
