Job Summary

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer Location: TechM Pune Sharda Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 7 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team at TechM Pune Sharda. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AI and machine learning engineering, demonstrating a deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software development practices. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive innovative solutions and contribute to the development of cutting edge AI applications. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high quality input for machine learning models. Optimize and fine tune models for performance and scalability. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies. Document processes, models, and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge through training and workshops. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in AI/ML engineering, including experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques. Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, or similar. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying machine learning models. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with deep learning techniques and frameworks. Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision. Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark. Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7 10 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering. Proven track record of successful project delivery in AI/ML domains.
