Job Title: Tech Lead - Sol Manager Location: TechM GURUGRAM Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Management Specialist with a strong focus on SAP Solution Manager ChaRM (Change Request Management). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing infrastructure projects, ensuring optimal performance, and implementing best practices in SAP environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance our infrastructure capabilities and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the infrastructure management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Implement and maintain SAP Solution Manager ChaRM to streamline change management processes. Collaborate with IT teams to design, deploy, and optimize infrastructure solutions. Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure performance and recommend improvements. Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure management and SAP processes. Provide training and support to team members on SAP Solution Manager and related tools. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform infrastructure strategy. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in SAP Solution Manager ChaRM. Proven experience in infrastructure management and project delivery. In depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud infrastructure and services. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and related technologies. Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure management. Proven track record of successful project management in SAP environments.
