Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership

• Lead architecture and development of ERP and media-focused applications using Python and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

• Design and implement AI/ML-driven solutions to support media processes.

• Ensure platforms are scalable, secure, and performance-optimized for media workflows.

• Oversee code quality, conduct reviews, and enforce best practices in software engineering.

AI/ML & Data Solutions

• Develop and deploy machine learning model workflows for media-focused use cases.

• Build and manage data pipelines to process large volumes of media and operational data.

• Ensure smooth MLOps practices for training, deploying, and monitoring models.

Team & Delivery Management

• Mentor and guide engineers in Python, MERN, and AI/ML.

• Drive delivery of projects in alignment with media business requirements.

• Serve as the escalation point for resolving technical challenges.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Work with the CTO to define technical architecture, roadmap, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in software engineering with 2+ years as a Tech Lead/Senior Engineer.

• Experience working in startups.

• Strong hands-on expertise in: - Python - MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) - Knowledge on AI/ML frameworks

• Experience designing scalable, high-performance applications.

• Experience in using Claude, Code, and Cline for development.

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD workflows.

• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL).

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes.

• Proficient in Git, with a proven track record of handling solo and team projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
