Tech Lead - Python

Location: Kochi (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong proficiency in .NET Web API development, a working knowledge of Python scripting, and a demonstrated ability to analyze and implement third-party API integrations. This role will involve leading a team of developers, ensuring technical excellence, and driving successful integration of external systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and external vendors to understand business needs and third-party integration requirements.
• Analyze and implement API documentation from third-party service providers for seamless system integration.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team.
• Ensure the team follows coding standards, security best practices, and performance benchmarks.
• Leverage Python scripts/tools for automation, data manipulation, and API consumption where applicable.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications and integration workflows.
• Lead code reviews, solution design discussions, and enforce technical quality across deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET Web API development
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python scripting
• Demonstrated experience in implementing APIs from third-party documentation
• Strong background in relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of leading small-to-medium-sized development teams

Good to Have

• Knowledge of middleware/integration tools
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, or cloud-based development
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
