MUST have at least 5 years of proven experience as Lead design, development, and optimization of PL/SQL
MUST have minimum 5 years hand-on experience in PL/SQL development, Oracle database
MUST have minimum 5 years experience to manage and mentor a team of 5 8 developers/analysts, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within a mid to large-scale organization
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage change requests
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
Troubleshoot complex data and reporting issues, ensure performance tuning and minimal downtime
Drive QA processes, maintain documentation, and enforce coding standards
Familiarity with addressing application and database vulnerabilities is desirable
Present project updates, performance metrics, and risks to management
Managed team of 5 8 developers
