Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead with expertise in Node/NodeJS to join our team at Iconium Consulting Group (India) (P) LTD. The ideal candidate will have 7-11 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable software applications using Node/NodeJS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge in Node/NodeJS.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.

Job Requirements
