Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead with 7-11 years of experience to lead our microservices team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microservices architecture and technical leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient microservices architectures.
Lead the development team in building high-quality software products using microservices principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for microservices development.
Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Excellent technical leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
