Tech Lead - Electrical Engineering (6 – 8 years’ experience)
Job Description
•Lead the design and development of Electrical wiring harness
•Extensive design experience of Electrical Schematic and 2D drawing creation
•Drive VA/VE projects to optimize product performance and reduce cost.
•Experience in System Engineering and Engineering change management projects
•Good knowledge of conne ctor inline topology and ground topology
•Expertise in circuit simulation, load calculations, Voltage drop calculations, fault find ings & design solutions for failures
•Implementation of unique requirements for circuits as required to protect the integrity of th e signal (e.g. twisting, shielding, voltage rating, voltage drops, max resistance, specifying insulation type for temperature, dynamics, etc.
•Update harness based on customer inputs, feature list.
•Electrical Component integration
•Collaborate with cross-funct ional teams including engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality.
