We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead Conversion Specialist who has strong hands-on experience in Upwork-based international lead generation and proposal writing. The ideal candidate should efficiently manage the entire bidding cycle, understand technical requirements, craft effective proposals, and communicate smoothly with global clients across different time zones.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified international IT leads exclusively via Upwork.
• Write high-quality, customized proposals based on client needs.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear technical points.
• Handle the complete bidding cycle, from lead identification to project closure.
• Communicate with global clients as per their time zones (flexible timings).
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and finalize project scopes.

🎯 Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding for IT services.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile development services.
• Excellent communication, requirement understanding, and proposal writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids, follow-ups, and conversions professionally.
• Strong understanding of client needs, scoping, and project feasibility.
