You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation. Your typical day will involve bringing emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. You will use your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills to work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship, gathering requirements and analyzing, designing, and implementing technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology. Mentor and guide junior professionals in the team. Identify and address any risks or issues that may arise during project execution. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. Experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules. Knowledge of integration points between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development. This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
