Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead and guide project teams in the successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions.- Provide expert advice and recommendations on SAP HCM Payroll integration.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
