Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI Business Analysis & Planning and Networks. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring seamless integration of AI technologies and driving business strategies. The work model is hybrid with no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical projects and ensure successful implementation of Generative AI solutions.
  • Oversee the integration of AI technologies into existing network systems.
  • Provide strategic business analysis and planning to drive company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI and network systems.
  • Conduct regular assessments of network performance and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI and network technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and network technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of Generative AI and its applications.
  • Demonstrate strong business analysis and planning skills.
  • Have extensive experience in network technologies and systems.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Show proficiency in technical documentation and project management.
  • Display strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adapt to a hybrid work model and manage time efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in technical processes and methodologies.

Certifications Required

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) AI and Machine Learning Certification
