What would you do? Customer Relationship and Requirements Development
Understand client business needs & objectives; participate with client to define architecture requirements and strategy.Build strong customer relationships. Manage expectations at all levels, including customers/end users, and Outsourcing Account Delivery Team(s).Support Sales efforts as needed, providing technical expertise regarding our standard offerings and client requirementsProvide detailed definition on how the architecture will support the application(s).Conduct impact analyses of technical requirements on the system.Analyze, determine, and document technical requirements for project, work request or defect.Work with Application Architects in defining software / hardware requirements and in planning and delivering architecture.Team Project/Support ManagementDefine IT Service Level targets and DR targets for BPO IT SolutionsCreate work plans which define scope, resources, milestones, quality, risk, deliverable, and acceptance criteria.Ensure that application technological design remains within project scope.Coordinate the design and development of technical work estimatesProvide accurate and useful project, architecture or issues status reports.Ensure goals for teams are being met and manage group commitments.Work with team members to enhance their business and technical knowledge.Perform IT capacity planning based on business volumesEstimate IT costs for new BPO solutionsDeliverable Quality Management and CreationPlan and develop technical standards for Client Service TeamsDetermine the technical approach, direction and implementation for a work request to ensure proper design.Lead, direct and participate in new technology adoptionParticipate in design code and test reviews as appropriate.Review, prioritize and research application change requests.Provide assistance in scheduling design work.Prepare contingencies, scenarios, scenario plans and action items to resolve issues.Communicate and resolve application interface issues.

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Business Architecture.Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.Experience in designing scalable and high-performance systems.Ability to analyze and optimize existing architecture for improved efficiency.Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and technologies.

Additional InformationThe candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Business Architecture.This position is based at our Bengaluru office.A 15 years full time education is required.
