Tech Architecture Manager

Role Overview: As a Technology Architecture Manager at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your responsibilities will involve understanding client business needs, defining architecture requirements and strategies, managing customer relationships, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring the architecture supports application(s) effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining IT service level targets, creating work plans, managing team projects, ensuring deliverable quality, and driving process capability development. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client business needs & objectives; define architecture requirements and strategy - Build strong customer relationships and manage expectations at all levels - Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise on standard offerings and client requirements - Define IT service level targets and DR targets for BPO IT Solutions - Create work plans defining scope, resources, milestones, quality, risk, deliverables, and acceptance criteria - Develop technical standards for Client Service Teams - Drive methods adoption and productivity improvements; manage and direct technical team processes - Estimate and procure required staffing, skills, and resources as needed - Mentor and develop team members, act as a career counselor, and ensure high performance - Participate in special projects, support organization transformation and communication efforts Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Business Architecture - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies - Experience in designing scalable and high-performance systems - Ability to analyze and optimize existing architecture for improved efficiency - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and technologies Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Business Architecture. This position is based at the Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required.,
