Your ProfileProgram Manager with comprehensive expertise in Teamcenter PLM, enterprise system integration, and advanced SAFe Agile methodologies, specializing in large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

SAFe Agile Specific Expertise:
SAFe Agile Framework implementation
Program Increment (PI) planning
Agile Release Train (ART) management
SAFe ceremonies coordination
Scaled Agile transformation leadership
SAFe Agile Ceremonies Expertise:
PI Planning facilitation
Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshops
Backlog refinement sessions
System demo management
Iteration planning and execution
Strategic alignment workshops

Your Role
SAFe Agile Program Management:

Implement SAFe Agile methodologies
Manage Agile Release Trains
Coordinate Program Increment planning
Facilitate cross-team collaboration
Ensure strategic alignment
Technology Integration Management:
Oversee Teamcenter integration with:
SAP ERP platforms
Enterprise resource systems
Manufacturing execution systems
Develop SAFe-aligned integration strategies
