Job Description

Role Overview: At Capgemini Engineering, you will be part of a global team of engineers, scientists, and architects dedicated to helping innovative companies unleash their potential. Your role will involve implementing SAFe Agile methodologies, managing Agile Release Trains, coordinating Program Increment planning, facilitating cross-team collaboration, and ensuring strategic alignment. You will also be responsible for overseeing Teamcenter integration with SAP ERP platforms, enterprise resource systems, and manufacturing execution systems, and developing SAFe-aligned integration strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Implement SAFe Agile methodologies - Manage Agile Release Trains - Coordinate Program Increment planning - Facilitate cross-team collaboration - Ensure strategic alignment - Oversee Teamcenter integration with SAP ERP platforms, enterprise resource systems, and manufacturing execution systems - Develop SAFe-aligned integration strategies Qualifications Required: - Program Manager with comprehensive expertise in Teamcenter PLM, enterprise system integration, and advanced SAFe Agile methodologies - Specific expertise in SAFe Agile Framework implementation, Program Increment (PI) planning, Agile Release Train (ART) management, SAFe ceremonies coordination, and Scaled Agile transformation leadership - Expertise in SAFe Agile Ceremonies such as PI Planning facilitation, Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshops, Backlog refinement sessions, System demo management, and Iteration planning and execution Please note that Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse team of 340,000 members in more than 50 countries.
