Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Siemens Teamcenter Enterprise applications according to business requirements.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and system issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate effectively with internal support teams, QA, and customer stakeholders to address reported issues and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that enhance Teamcenter functionality.
• Provide technical support and guidance during implementation, upgrades, and production support activities.
• Document development processes, customizations, and resolutions to aid knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
• Assist in deployment, testing, and validation of new releases and patches.
• Work closely with project managers and product owners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Stay updated with the latest Teamcenter tools, features, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6 to 8 years of professional experience in Siemens Teamcenter Enterprise development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, C++, or relevant programming languages used in Teamcenter customization.
• Deep understanding of Teamcenter architecture, workflows, BOM structures, and integration points.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex bugs and deliver timely fixes.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role with excellent customer management skills.
• Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) concepts and best practices.
• Good knowledge of web technologies, SOA, and database management related to Teamcenter.
• Experience coordinating between technical support, development teams, and clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
