We are looking for a highly skilled Teamcenter Developer with extensive experience in Siemens Teamcenter Enterprise development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Teamcenter solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance. This role demands strong technical expertise combined with excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication with internal support teams and customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain Siemens Teamcenter Enterprise applications according to business requirements. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and system issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime. Coordinate effectively with internal support teams, QA, and customer stakeholders to address reported issues and implement fixes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that enhance Teamcenter functionality. Provide technical support and guidance during implementation, upgrades, and production support activities. Document development processes, customizations, and resolutions to aid knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting. Assist in deployment, testing, and validation of new releases and patches. Work closely with project managers and product owners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Stay updated with the latest Teamcenter tools, features, and best practices to continuously improve development processes. Required Skills and Experience: 6 to 8 years of professional experience in Siemens Teamcenter Enterprise development. Strong proficiency in Java, C++, or relevant programming languages used in Teamcenter customization. Deep understanding of Teamcenter architecture, workflows, BOM structures, and integration points. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex bugs and deliver timely fixes. Experience working in a customer-facing role with excellent customer management skills. Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) concepts and best practices. Good knowledge of web technologies, SOA, and database management related to Teamcenter. Experience coordinating between technical support, development teams, and clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
