Job Title: Team Supervisor – Construction Industry

Location: Noida sector 115, Ivory county

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Project Manager / Site Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction crews on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to specifications and quality standards. You will act as the key link between the site workers and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of construction teams, including laborers, technicians, and subcontractors.

• Assign tasks based on project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.

• Monitor safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture on-site.

• Inspect work progress and ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

• Report daily progress to the Site or Projec Manager.

• Resolve on-site issues or delays efficiently.

• Train and guide new workers and promote

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in construction, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety regulations.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with construction management software is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in construction or civil engineering is preferred.
