Team Member - Total Rewards

Role & responsibilities:

This role supports daily compensation and benefits operations, data accuracy, reporting, and analytics for the Total Rewards function. It combines transactional execution with exposure to compensation structures, benefits administration, and annual reward cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee compensation data with accuracy and audit readiness.
• Support salary structures, offers, increments, corrections, and related documentation as per policy.
• Coordinate benefits administration including insurance enrolments, confirmations, and basic claims support.
• Prepare compensation-related letters (offers, revisions, promotions, confirmations).
• Respond to employee queries on compensation, benefits, and Rewards policies.
• Work with Payroll and business teams on monthly inputs, checks, and reconciliations.
• Run MIS and reports on headcount, compensation movements, benefits utilisation, and cost tracking.
• Contribute to analytics such as cost simulations, compa ratios, and variance analysis.
• Assist in policy interpretation, SOP updates, and documentation of Rewards processes.
• Support annual reward cycles (merit, promotions, variable pay) through data prep, validation, and post-cycle hygiene.
• Identify improvement and automation opportunities within Rewards operations.
• Prepare dashboards and review materials for HR and business leaders.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and basic PowerPoint proficiency.
• Comfort working with large datasets and HR/Payroll information.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical mindset.
• Clear communication and ability to interact professionally with employees and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage timelines and collaborate across functions.
