Job Description

Develop and implement mid-to-long term strategies for business growth.
Analyze market opportunities, strategic initiatives, and competitive landscape.
Create detailed market plans for top markets and identify areas of concern.
Oversee the implementation of corporate and business unit/horizontal specific strategies.
Collaborate with industry experts and consultants to understand trends and best practices.
Own and drive critical projects at EM&EU and collaborate with Central/Global teams.
Identify developmental needs of businesses/functional teams and facilitate capacity building.
Partner with functional teams on special projects to identify new opportunities/ideas, work with external consultants, monitor project progress, debottleneck critical issues, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and create transparency.
Pilot strategic imperatives and proof-of-concept testing.
Explore newer revenue models and propel faster, agile GTM approach.
Evaluate and map new opportunities in each market/region for meaningful play in newer segments like OTC, diagnostic, etc.
Support the Region Head, Head Business Strategy, and the ILT Leadership team for monthly/quarterly governance forums and track actions/projects ongoing.
Engage with the CEO, Head Business Strategy, and the Leadership team to define priorities for the month/quarter and track progress, supporting resolution of any issues that arise.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy and PMO.
Strong understanding of business development, competitive landscape, and cross-business segment opportunities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience in piloting strategic initiatives and proof-of-concept testing.
