Job Description

Knowledge of Inspection items with sequence (product characteristics) as per control plan, clearly identified with specifications in the Inspection stations (WIP/Final inspection)

Should be Conversent to undestad the Quality Std and Execute inspection steps Acceptance of Inspection what to check, how to check (instrument, location, samples, inspection area etc)--Inspection Guide Line on the gauge

Should have a clear Knowledge and Understadning on the Part traceablity for inspection OK part & finished good part -OK tag status as per the defined instruction guide line Tags / Bar code on individual boxes/parts

Knowledge on Calibration Process and its status for the Instruments / Measurrement gauges used to Capture Ctitical to Process charecteritics as Per Annual plan and Recorded each gauges/measuring instruments are managed by validity control

Undestand the basics of calibration Review mechanisim and Report to the QA lab in case of the validity of each gauge/measuring instrument is out of calibration

Understanding of OK / NG samples and the Judgement Matrix Criteria with defined Validation frequencyMechanism to give immediate feed back of defect to source of generation and Give the Input to Process owners Probable cause for Each defect as daily feed back with occurence -

Conversent with the Basic quality tools and Data stattification tools for 1st level Analysis for the concerns reported and communicate in daily meeting at defined time (Customer , Inhouse , warranty , and supplier line rejection complaints

Shift start Q-validation, Production self-control, support and verification, Product, Process audit, Internal rejection management, 5S audits shop floor

Ensuring that OHS Objectives are met

Knowledge of Functional and Significant Product Charecteritics and significant Process Parameters -Method of Control and Monitor on the Fixtures Tools and Gauges along with Measurement and test Equipement -

Knowledge to carry out Distructive testing as per the Quality plan / Control Plan as per the defined procedure Participation in Quality Circle / Kaizen Competetion for Presenting the Quality Problem Resolution best Practices with the Team
