🔹 Service Quality & Guest Experience • Guest Satisfaction Score (GSS) – Ratings from customer feedback/surveys. • Table Turnaround Time – Average time taken to serve and clear a table. • Order Accuracy % – % of orders delivered without mistakes. • Complaint Resolution Rate – How quickly and effectively issues are solved. ⸻ 🔹 Sales & Upselling • Average Check Size – Avg. revenue per customer/table served. • Upselling Success Rate – % of guests who purchase add-ons (desserts, drinks, sides). • Daily Sales per Server – Total sales generated by each server. ⸻ 🔹 Efficiency & Productivity • Tables Served per Shift – Number of tables/guests handled. • Order-to-Delivery Time – Time from placing order to food arriving at the table. • Side Duties Completion % – Tasks like cleaning, restocking, setup done on time. ⸻ 🔹 Team & Compliance • Attendance & Punctuality – % of shifts attended on time. • Adherence to Service Standards – Greeting guests, menu knowledge, service sequence. • Cross-Team Support – Helping colleagues during peak hours.
