Frozen Fun is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Café Team Members to join our team in delivering an exceptional experience built around high-quality gelato, specialty coffee, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
Customer Service: Greet guests, process POS transactions, and actively upsell gelato/coffee products.
Product Prep: Prepare and serve all gelato items (scoops, sundaes) and coffee drinks (latte, espresso) to standard.
Operations: Strict adherence to food safety; manage inventory, clean, and maintain all equipment (freezers, espresso machine).
Shifts: Flexible availability required, including weekends and holidays. (Maximum 9 Hours)
Key Requirement: Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
